the level of English teacher

Do you think the level of the English teacher may effect his performance in teaching?
please give your opinion to this question and if you provide us with examples from your life?

I think the teachers are good enough to teach English and they
are all graduated with an excellent standard levels...

I think it has the biggest effect
How will the student learn english correctly
if their teacher can't pronounce the words or spell them

I'm not talking about the hard words
but the simple ones
